How to Complete Your Dominican Republic E‑Ticket

Follow these step-by-step instructions before your trip to Casa de Campo. Complete your entry eTicket to ensure smooth arrival.

Step 1 – Main Page

On the main eTicket page, make sure the language is set to ENGLISH in the top‑right, then click the blue 'E‑TICKET APPLICATION' button.

Step 2 – Start a New eTicket

When the pop‑up appears, choose 'New eTicket' to start a fresh form.

Step 3 – Traveling With Someone Else

Select YES if you are traveling with family and want them on the same form, or NO if it's just you. Check 'I'm not a robot' and click SUBMIT.

Step 4 – Application Code & Sections

Copy or screenshot your APPLICATION CODE at the top. Then complete the three sections below: 1) General Information, 2) Migratory Information, 3) Customs Information.

Step 5 – Filling General Information

Fill in your permanent address, country of residence, city, state, and postal code. Answer whether you make stops in other countries, then continue through Migratory and Customs Information until you can submit and get your QR code.

Step 6 – Enter Your Address and Arrival Details

Type your permanent address, choose your country and city, state, and postal code. Select 'Arrival to the Dominican Republic' and click NEXT.

Step 7 – Enter Main Passenger Information

Fill in your full name, date of birth, gender, passport details, occupation, email, and phone number. Answer all required questions.

Step 8 – Enter Travel and Lodging Details

Select your lodging (e.g., hotel), enter hotel name, flight and airline info, travel dates, purpose, and days of stay. Choose your sport if asked, then click NEXT.

Step 9 – Customs Information Section

Continue to the Customs Information section. Click NEXT to proceed.

Step 10 – Accept Terms

Read the declaration carefully. Click OK to accept the terms and continue.

Step 11 – Assistance Confirmation

If asked 'Has anyone helped you fill out this form?', select Yes or No as appropriate.

Step 12 – Exit Ticket Option

You may be asked if you want to complete your exit ticket now. Choose Yes or No as you prefer.

Step 13 – Download Your QR Code

When finished, download your eTicket as a PDF or send it by email. Save this QR code - you'll need to show it when entering the Dominican Republic.

Important Reminder

Complete your eTicket at least 72 hours before departure. Save your QR code and have it ready on your phone or printed when you arrive in the Dominican Republic.
